Learn More âXact Loan is a loan connection service, not a direct lender.
We connect borrowers with third-party lenders in our network. We do not make credit decisions or determine loan terms. For specific questions about your loan, repayment, or account, you will need to contact your lender directly.
If you've been approved for a loan, your lender will provide you with their contact information and customer service details in your loan agreement.
If you're having trouble completing your application, make sure you have all required information ready:
Our application is designed to be completed in 5-10 minutes. If you encounter technical difficulties, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.
After submitting your application, you should receive a response within minutes to a few hours during business hours. You'll be notified via email and/or phone if a lender is interested in your application.
If you haven't heard back within 24 hours, it's possible that no lenders were able to offer you a loan at this time.
For questions about an existing loan, including payments, balance, or account issues, please contact your lender directly. Your lender's contact information is provided in your loan agreement and welcome email.
As a connection service, Xact Loan does not service loans and cannot access your account information.
Payments are made directly to your lender, not to Xact Loan. Your lender will set up your payment schedule, which is typically done through automatic ACH withdrawals from your bank account.

Yes, you can cancel your loan request at any time before accepting a loan offer. Once you've accepted loan terms and received funds, cancellation policies are determined by your lender and may vary.
Many lenders offer a "cooling off" period (typically 3 business days) during which you can cancel the loan. Check your loan agreement for specific cancellation terms.
Xact Loan operates as a loan connection service, which means we connect borrowers with potential lenders from our network. This model offers several advantages for consumers. Rather than being limited to a single lender's criteria and rates, your application may be reviewed by multiple lenders, increasing your chances of finding a loan that fits your needs.
When you submit an application through our platform, your information is securely transmitted to lenders who may be able to help. If a lender is interested in working with you, they will reach out directly with a loan offer. You are under no obligation to accept any offer you receive, and you can compare multiple offers if available before making a decision.
After submitting your application, you may receive contact from lenders via email and phone. During business hours, this typically happens quickly, often within minutes. Lenders will present their loan terms including the amount approved, interest rate, repayment schedule, and any fees associated with the loan.
It is important to review all loan documents carefully before accepting any offer. Make sure you understand the total cost of the loan, including all interest and fees, before signing. If you have questions about any terms, ask the lender for clarification. Remember that accepting a loan creates a legal obligation to repay according to the agreed terms.
